Refund Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
We want you to be happy with Wardzo. This policy explains how refunds work for paid Wardzo subscriptions.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
Free plan and early registration
The Free plan is free, and early registration for paid plans does not involve any payment, so there is nothing to refund. If you activate a paid plan after its launch, the three free months from early registration come first. You are only charged after the free period ends, unless you cancel before then, and the 14-day money-back guarantee below applies from your first payment.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a paid plan (monthly or annual), you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment. No questions asked.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you forgot to cancel an annual plan, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full. Monthly renewals are generally non-refundable, but we review every request fairly.
Upgrades, downgrades and add-ons
Plan changes and add-ons are prorated automatically by Paddle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
How to request a refund
Email support@wardzo.com with the email address used for the purchase and your order number (found in your Paddle receipt), or use the link in your Paddle receipt email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in your country.
