Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wardzo (the "Service"), including the website at https://wardzo.com, the web application, APIs and the MCP server. The Service is provided by Niv Alcort, Israel ("Wardzo", "we", "us"). By creating an account, running a scan, registering early, joining the waitlist or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Wardzo is a software-as-a-service product that monitors websites from the outside for security exposures (such as leaked API keys in public JavaScript, publicly accessible configuration files, security headers and SSL), search-engine-optimization health (such as indexability, robots.txt, canonical tags and sitemaps), content integrity (such as injected spam and malicious redirects) and availability (uptime). Results are provided as scores, reports, alerts and through an API / MCP server. Features available to you depend on your plan as described on our Pricing page.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials and API tokens secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use and authorization to monitor

  • You may add only websites that you own or are authorized to monitor. Standard checks are passive and limited to publicly available content.
  • Deeper checks are available only for domains whose ownership you verify (DNS TXT record, HTML meta tag or verification file). By verifying a domain you confirm you are authorized to request these checks.
  • You may not use the Service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system; to scan third-party sites at volume; to resell raw scan data; to reverse-engineer the Service; or in violation of any law.
  • We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate use that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or puts others at risk.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you purchase a paid plan you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are listed in USD; applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Free plan, free scans and early registration

Free plan and free scans. The Free plan and free scans are provided free of charge, as-is, with the usage limits shown on our Pricing page, and may be changed or discontinued with reasonable notice. Free scans are passive checks of publicly available content and may be rate-limited.

Early registration for paid plans. Basic, Premium and Scale are not yet on sale. You may register early for one of these plans ("Early Registration"). Early Registration:

  • is free and does not require payment details. Nothing is charged at registration, and registration does not create an obligation to buy;
  • entitles you to three (3) months of the plan you registered for free of charge (the "Early-Access Benefit"), starting when you activate that plan after it launches. The benefit applies to one account per registered email address, is not transferable and has no cash value;
  • will be followed by an email before launch. You decide then whether to activate the plan. If you activate it, the subscription starts after the free period at the plan's then-current price, billed by Paddle.com as described in section 4, unless you cancel before the free period ends;
  • can be cancelled at any time by emailing support@wardzo.com; after activation you can cancel the subscription at any time as described in section 5.

Prices, features and launch dates shown for plans in early registration are our current plans and may change before launch. If the price of your plan increases before launch, you will still receive the Early-Access Benefit and may decline to activate. Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase obligation.

7. Your data

You retain all rights to the websites and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to access, process and store that data only to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and content are owned by Niv Alcort and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Reports you generate may be shared with your clients; on plans that include white-label reports, you may remove Wardzo branding.

9. No guarantee of security

Wardzo is a monitoring tool. It reduces risk by detecting common, externally visible problems, but no service can detect every vulnerability, compromise or outage. The Service is not a substitute for secure development practices, a professional security audit, or backups. You remain responsible for your websites and for acting on findings.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niv Alcort will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email at least 14 days in advance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
